$200— Allow me to provide you with a blueprint for a healthier life--focused on identifying root causes of current struggles through health history and food journal overview (to be completed by you prior to our session) and identifying what the picture of health looks like for you. You will leave with a better understanding of your health, your body's innate needs, and how to restore balance in your life. Includes a customized food, movement, and lifestyle plan. Complete with shopping lists, recipes, and additional resources.
One-on-One Coaching: $300 — Allow me to guide and support you through the whole-foods based program to combating sugar and carb cravings. Not only will you learn the science behind what sugar does the body, but you will leave with practical tools on how to transition into a healthier and happier life.
We will begin with prep work 1 week pre-detox, and conclude with a smooth transition into your new normal 1 week post-detox.
Includes five 30 minute nutrition and mindset coaching sessions, hard copy of The 21 Day Sugar Detox Daily Guide, journal prompts, recipes, meal-plans, additional resources and unlimited support via phone and email.
